Harris Beach
Harris Beach is located a few miles north of Brookings and offers 35 full hookup sites, 50 with electrical and water, 60 tent sites plus 6 yurts and hiker/biker camp. It is the only major RV and camping site in the area on the Pacific Ocean.

Alfred A. Loeb State Park
Alfred A. Loeb State Park is located a few miles up the Chetco River and offeres 47 electrical sites, 3 cabins plus flush toilets and hot showers. It is located within a grove of rare myrtlewood trees and offers fishing, swimming and hiking.
US Forest Service and State Park Camping
There are 5 campsites operated in the Brookings area operated by the US Forest Service. Most offer river access and are located on the Chetco River or Winchuck River. The Chetco River flows through Brookings and Harbor. Access to the Chetco campgrounds is via the North Bank Road, on the north side of the Chetco River. The Winchuck River is located 5 miles south of Brookings. Access to the Winchuck campgrounds is via the Winchuck River Road, County Highway 896.
A former fire lookout cabin (1974 – 1996) located at 3,419 feet at the top of a mountain. Maximum of 4 occupants.
Ludlum House Group Site Recreation Rental
Rustic cabin experience with room for up to 30 people. Located on the Winchuck River.
Built in 1930 and holds up to 12 people. No electricity or drinking water, but a wonderful area. Firewood is provided.
